Alex@Tirerack -Your rep, allways there to help!

I wanted to say thank you to the hundreds of faithful Mini customers I have worked with over the years. Your business means so much to me.

You can always email me at Tirerack, I am happy to help with any questions. You can call me (ext 294) to place orders, or use me as your previous contact when you order online.

I sincerely appreciate the referrals, and I look forward to providing the individual attention and assistance I always have. It helps me greatly to be associated with your order, as your previous contact.

I can help with any applications, but Minis have been a focus area for me for years.

I am not going anywhere, its been a long overdue thank you!

You were a big help when I was choosing summer rubber, and I saved a lot of cash too. I won't buy tires from anyone else.

I bought my tires from Alex and the experience was excellent. The customer service and answers to my endless questions were great. Even after the purchase I spoke with him and realized my "other" choice of tires was not selected because it was a few dollars more...that very day a promo had started for the "other tires" and he stopped my order after the tires were pulled form stock but not yet shipped. The "other" tires promptly arrived 1 day later. The only downfall is that I forgot to use my MOTD promo code for the 6% donation :(

Recently bought two set of tires from Alex, one set for my X3 and one for my Clubman. Alex also provided information with wheels, tpms type, etc.

Thank you Alex for always being there and answer any questions we have with wheels, tires, suspension. You provided us with invaluable information for selecting our tires with confidence.

We are very happy with your services with NAM

Alex, the RS3s are going on the front end in a few hours - wish me luck at the Tour!

Thanks for getting them here.

Kind regards,

Charlie

Can we discuss after market wheels vs OEM ... there are too many choices. Like one piece, two piece and how are they hold up vs OEM wheels.
