Factory jcw gauges and shift light?

Can you get the factory gauges(torque and temp) and the shift light? ....

Does pod get in the way?

Yep, all available through your local dealer or MINI parts supplier.
However, do consider the Craven Speed gauge set-ups with the Marshall Instruments gauge for a superb cluster match.
