Mini Challernge engine photo

A photo of a Mini Challenge engine. They are competing in the Class T series in South Africa. More modification may have been done locally.

Have any specifications on it?
It seems to be really hacked with the upper clip attachment hogged out and the wiring not properly isolated for a spec-racer.

They actually managed to squeeze a non bottlenecked/crimped cold pipe under the passenger side subframe. Are we sure this is a challenge mini?

Other bits noticed.. different turbo, unichip piggy back ecu, battery location on driver side.. unless this is non US spec.. though, it has a MAF.. either a huge FMIC that goes up to the top grill, or a pushed out radiator.. also looks to have some type of injection, maybe w/m, coming from the passenger side cowl.

I'm a little skeptical because of the shoddy looking work.. wiring harnesses are left open.. custom fab work and welds are meh at best.. bolts along the subframe are also non stock, probably tabs to mount the fmic/radiator.
