Uhm, aftermarket.... replacement lug nuts?
Uhm, aftermarket.... replacement lug nuts?
So.... i'm confused as crap. I want to order all new lugs for when I do the new tires here soon and plastidip the wheels. However... The lugnuts I have for my stock 17"s have the thread attached (male if you will)
And all I can find online for mini's is open ended lugs? So... what the crap do I do here? hahaha.

well keep searching because you don't have lug nuts
1. we have lug studs (essentially a bolt)
2. if you want open end lug nuts you'll need a stud kit. talk to way at waymotorworks.com He has an m14 stud conversion then you can use any lug nut.

OH!!!!! Okay... that makes sense. I just really wanted Red nuts showing around the gray wheel. So I guess I have to plop down the $100 for the kit and then order the 3rd party Lug Nuts... gotcha. I can't find any fancy or aftermarket bolts so I guess this is the way. Thanks man!
Just found a link:

He show's you how to just DIY your own studs!!! I think it would be cool to actually figure out the math and use close ended lugs
