So here is the background. 04 R53 with 84k.

Two weeks ago I over filled my tank. A lot.
The next day it throws a code. p1476 Something to do with the Leakage Detector Pump.
The next day I get the code reset. Later that day on the way home every now and then the mini would act like it wasn't getting fuel. But it stayed running.
The next morning on the way home it got worse to the point of dieing and not restarting.
Towed it home. After it sat for a couple of hours it starts fine. But once it warms up it does the same thing. Bogs down when I give it gas and then dies and refuses to restart.

No codes have popped back up. My trouble shooting skills are limited due to lack of tools. I have started by pulling the fuel filter. New one is on the way from Way.

EDIT: I have removed the charcoal canister and the leakage detector pump to make sure they were not full of gas. They are not.
