I just did this for fun. How many of out there remember Rat Fink. I remember him while I was building models as a kid.

 

Oh yeah, Rat Fink , many hours spent in basement gluing and painting .

 

Never built one but I do know Rat Fink.

 

Thanks to a friend of mine who worked on Pimp My Ride, I got a private tour of the Galpin collection a few years back. There were some Ed "Big Daddy" Roth cars there. I got to see them up close and personal. It was pretty cool. I have photos, but won't share them due to the trust I was given. But here is an "authorized" vid with what I saw:

OMG!! I remember my mom putting Rat Fink models together when I was a kid. Hadn't thought about them in years.

 

Frig, that is a greeat drawing!! My brother had Rat Fink kits but I was into horses at the time... now that I have a MINI, I'm enjoying really getting into cars. So when someone gave these eyeballs out at a club event, I grabbed one and put it on Winnie...it reminds me of that Rat Fink era.....
