I purchased new and installed this in my 2006 R53 in December. It is in perfect shape, and works great. This gives you full bluetooth integration with your stock stereo, including the phone buttons on the steering wheel. It allows audio streaming over bluetooth, hands free phone use, as well as giving you a USB input that can give you control over your iPhone or iPod while charging it, and allowing you to plug in any USB device. It also provides an AUX input and can hook up a Serius satellite tuner.

Really a great device that adds capability to your stock stereo. My car does not have DSP, so that is the model that I have for sale. If you have DSP there is an adapter that DICE sells.
