MCSpecial Strut Brace - Thoughts?

I'm in the market for a front upper strut brace, and there's a LOT of options out there. This one looks to bee pretty well priced, and it attaches differently than anything else I've seen. It's also one of the few adjustable bars out there.

I haven't found anyone mention using it. The few mentions of this guy's stuff (control arms and end links) were very positive. Any thoughts, or better yet, experiences?

Hmmm, upon closer inspection, it looks like it uses 2 plates to sandwich the rim of opening on the strut tower. Not so sure about that...

From the eBay listing:
Mounting: This strut brace is somewhat unique in that it utilizes the large 2.52inch/64mm holes in the top of the strut tower sheet metal. The top attachment plates has a step machined into it that provides secure and accurate location. These attachment plates slip into place and are securely clamped in place. The cross-bar rod ends bolt onto the attachment plates with massive 16mm shoulder bolts.

It looks like a pain in the a$$ to remove for service/maintenance . I also am not so sure of the ease of install and durability. It just seems like a lot of work for a strut bar that in my honest opinion is not very aesthetically pleasing (no offense). I went with the racing dynamics aluminum bars in the front and back. Easy to install and take off (needed off during oil change to get to filter and such)plus they look great.
