Sport Button - Is this thing on?

When I was waiting for my CMSA4 manual to arrive, I had a CMSA4 automatic as a loaner. Pressing the sport button in the automatic truly made 2 different cars - a night and day difference.

But I can't, for the life of me, tell any difference when the sport button is pressed in my manual. Am I the only one? Or have other people had similar experiences?

Wiggle the steering wheel a bit with the sport button off, then turn it on, it tightens it up a good bit. The throttle response is also a bit quicker but I don't really notice it, just the steering. I call it my 'traffic button'

You will hear a pop and burble with the sport button also... and because my car has a tune on it I have it so the sport button adds about 20hp and REALLY changes throttle response.

All the sport button on a manual is going to do is change the throttle and steering maps. Which are just "feel" changes.

Agree with the pop and burble...but that all disappeared after the last software update...
I do miss it. Whether its real or or just the feel, my countryman response is nite and day with sport button engaged. Will be exchanging or upgrading the current exhaust Sooooo hoping to hear a bit more growl soon. Most likely a quicksilver or the JCW with the tune kit if they ever release it.

That's what I'm talking about - I want a JCW Intake, Exhaust, and ECU remap package!
