I know there's a thread like this for all mini's - but I didn't see one for just Countryman's!

1). Today next to the VP's house/Navel Observatory - a white countryman with a black roof. I was driving the opposite direction

2). Red countryman with white roof - parked in it's tiny driveway on a side street top of Georgetown.

3). Nebraska Ave. Parked white Countryman with Black roof.

 

Oh, hey this is cool! But I'm not sure any other CM owners from here are on NAM.
But for * and giggles:

1. Red CMS, black roof, wheels, parking lot at Lowe's Tower Point probably 4 months ago
2. White CMS, in front of me in traffic 3 weekend's ago, on Texas South
3. White CM coming into traffic on Harvey Mitchell

 

Oxford Green/black top CMS parked just down the street from my house today (Country Heights section of SW Redding, CA).

 

Found this one parked in my driveway. Just bought it yesterday.

 

Yesterday at about noon, I saw a black CMS with chrome line exterior and mirror caps coming out of the Costco parking lot in Poway... Looked very nice

 

I was impressed with the service dept at Moterwerks. You should enjoy taking your CM there. (they did a pre-purchase inspection on my '11 CM that I bought from a Ford Dealer in MN.)

 

I tried to get mine seen at cars 'n coffee in Great Falls on Saturday morning...

 

Yea, Motorwerks has been good to me in the past (I have an M5 also) that's why I went there to purchase my All4. Traded in Land Rover for the Mini and the difference between dealers is night & day. Land Rover has this "holier than thou" attitude. Whereas Motorwerks folks are decent no pressure, basically hands you the keys and tells you to drive it like you stole it.

 

I think my mini has a twin! a few weeks ago I saw another yellow countryman with white roof and black wheels from far away in West Hartford, CT (and so didn't my friend - who thought it was me)...

Then last week I saw 3 countrymans in one week!!! they are becomeing more popular... I saw an all black one and an all white one on my drive in to work (2 seperate days) and there is now a surf blue mini parked in my work parking lot!!!

Want to tell the owner that the surf blue with a white roof would have been my second choice ;-)

 

I have seen a few here in New Canaan... Most recently a Pure Red with a black roof and xenons (we flashed our lights at eachother) there are 3 pure reds I've seen and there are 2 Oxford Greens, 1 really nice looking black one with a white roof, 2 white ones (including mine) 1 surf blue, and 2 silvers... one was when they first came out and there is another that I see occasionally that has a light bar on the front with numbers on the door, really nice looking car!

I know I'm still missing about 10 of them... People love their MINI's here!

Saw a light colored CM zip by th other day - for the life of me can't remember what color, though. Had a cargo box on the roof. I drive the Pure Red/black roof and stripes. There's also a dark blue one around town - but I already know who drives that one.

 

In January, I saw maybe one CM a week. Now I see 2-3 a day. Sales of the CM in New England seems much higher than the R50 was ten years ago.

 

Just in the last 2 months the number of CMs on the road here in Seattle has exploded. There are two others in my work parking lot, and I see about 2 a day now. I used to rarely see another one.

 

I wish I saw more MINI's in general around here. Usually have to travel out of town to see many.

 

Black or Cosmic Blue?

 

I saw three today around Cambridge and Arlington Ma. I also got an emphatic flash and wave from a MCS driver; typically rare to get waves from non CM drivers.

I've seen quite a few CM's in the area travelling up and down the 36 between Boulder and Denver. White ones, blue ones, a few green ones. Seems it's quite popular out here.

Silver CMS white roof with black hood stripes parked at Foxwoods casino in CT. I parked next to you but I was only there for an hour. Car was an auto with Nav, could not tell if it had leather or not. Silver looks great on these cars!

 

Saw a blue CMS with a University of Kentucky logo on the back pulling in to Jonathan's in Bellevue. Nice looking car. The driver looked right at my wife and I as I waved and didn't wave back!

 

I saw you this morning around 8:30 in Orange County, Ca.
On the 91W, Cerritos area.
White CMS with black stripping. Nice dark tint and black wheels.
You crossed a double yellow line (x2) to get out of the carpool lane, presumably to exit. tsk tsk.
I waited for the carpool lane entrance to become available, jumped in, and passed you doing about 95. tsk, tsk.

 

ever since i got mine in december i seen more and more r60's pop up in charlotte NC, they even had the same 3 license plate letters, which i think means that they were bought around the time i got mine right?

 

Saw a blue countryman with black roof and dealer logo painted on boot. Maybe it was a loaner car? You went into Whole Foods Ch.Ch.

 

Saw an all Black CMS at Taco Bell in Lynwood, Ca. corner of Atlantic and Imperial. What's going on with your exhaust? Looked like 1.5" tips.
