Minus heat/no heat. I have my eye on a set of Hot Chocolate seats from a 2008 R55 for my 2011 R56 and want to know if they work before dropping a grand or so.

 

From what I can find on Real OEM and Penske Parts there have not been any changes in the lower seat mechanism.

The best thing to do is measure the bolt hole spacing for both seats that way you are sure that they are the same.

 

I have an R55 and from my experience, totally interchangeable. Thus why I have a spare set of seats sitting around that I need to sell now that I think about it.

What about rear seats? I know the fronts are...

 

According to RealOEM, the R55 and R56 have the same part numbers for both front and rear seats.

 

They are the carbon black punch leather seats out of a 2010 r56 that I was going to use in my '08 R55. I had them in for a while and decided against keeping them because my interior is the rooster red trim. So they are sitting wrapped up waiting for a new owner.

 

How much for the rears? How much for the whole set?

 

Asking $1200 for the whole set.

Ahh, thanks. Those are georgous but the wrong style for me.

 

While the seats themselves are interchangeable, check that the airbag connectors are compatible. I believe there are some variations.
