Interior Foot Well Trim

Anyone know how to remove the trim by the bonnet release and the trim by the fuse box? I'm wanting to do my Fog Lamp retrofit, via the instructions on outmotoring, and i need access to the module that is behind the passenger side foot well on the inside. For the life of me i can't figure out how to remove it. I figured there are some clips, but didn't want to just start pulling and possibly break it.

Any ideas or helpful hints are accepted.

As I recall, you just pull on it and it comes out. It wasn't very complex.
