Car care question

I was wondering if anybody on here uses a California car duster on thier car? I have one but not sure if I am hurting the paint when I use it. Anybody have experience with it? Thanks y'all!

I think we have a disconnect between Ghamma and Ericjavier. I'm assuming Ericjavier is talking about the big floppy dusters that you can give your car a once over with. I've used them periodically for years with no ill effects. Around here, the big problem is tree sap, so they are of no use. However, if I've washed and cleaned a car getting ready for a car meet I'll take one along to use when I get there.

I have used one frequently on my 2005 R53 when the car was just slightly dusty (not really dirty) and it has been fine. I don't use it on a really dirty car.
