I do whatever work on the car that I am capable of. However, some jobs are beyond my abilities. I hate to take it to the stealership. I am looking for a mechanic in central NJ that would help in these situations. Is there a way on this forum to search for one?

 

I did some more searching on here and found autobahn in Lakewood which is the next town over from me. I'll give them a try.

 

I thought there a shop in jersey city somewhere. is it too far from where you are? if not, I'll try to find it for ya!!

Autobahn in Lakewood is going to do the trans flush and relearn the shifting for under $200. Work will be done on Tuesday. I'll post my experience here.
