1.

The second looks a little cheap.

both of them look and are produced by rice companies, I think your interior looks perfect as it is.

Absolutely No.1 !

This would match my MCS, too.

Thanks for your honest opinion! It's the mod bug in me finding excuses to do more mods.

2 votes for #1. I would prefer the mats without the "R Racing" logo on it.

For those of you voting I think you have to see the whole interior so that you know how mats would look.

I don't really like either mat. One option is to go neutral on the mat color to compliment not detract from the rest of the really good interior.

I'd vote for a plush dark neutral set of mats. A little luxury doesn't hurt and looks and feels classy. You'll want to drive barefooted.

I am not that flashy and flamboyant. I would go with a simple black matt with the classy MINI logo.

Neither you can often find these cheap mats inside "ricer" hondas.

My suggestion, would be to contact an upholstry shop and get some custom mats made.

Without the "R Racing" and "AP1" logos, the mats wouldn't be too "rice." On the other hand, the carpet mats are classier.

>>I currently have 4 sets of floormats already:
>>
>>1. OEM black rubber mats with MINI logo that came with the car
>>2. Blue OEM carpet mats with MINI logo from Canada
>>3. Aftermarket custom blue carpet mats that doesn't match my interior
>>4. Clear see-through custom mats to protect the carpet mats (what an irony!
I like em alot and have had them on my MCS for 19 months now....
The drivers side is really the only one that has any sign of..." wear and tear".
I personally can't find any mats that are as sturdy or look like they belong in the car ...as well as these.
Take a pic w/ the rubber mats in...u'll be presently surprised how perfect... they really do look

Peace,
D

both of them are ugly... just my opinion

there are better choices than those two. They look like the cheap stuff from Kragen.

I like the top one. I think it would go well with your new interior. I know what you mean about the mod bug... I havent done anything to my MCS in about 6 weeks and its killing me

or you could try Cocomats for a more refined look. They are black with a blue accent which matches perfectly. They comes in many other color combinations. I have had these in for about a year and a half as a daily driver. They run about $100 for the fronts and $50 for the boot.

I second zak,

cocomats are the way to go: (don't mind the interior, it's being painted right now...)

Floormat #2 looks like a cheesy free mousepad you'd get at your local auto parts store. I agree with davecsumini, #1 would be great without the huge logo!

I would not like either because they both have cheesy logos. Are the manufacturers paying you to advertise? If not, then why have their ID cluttering up what could be cool mats.

I vote that you get an upholstery shop make some one of a kind custom floor mats for you.

I'm assuming the dash wll be red to match the shifter boot. That will definitely look cool!

I vote for something that does not have a logo on it. Why advertise (for free) for someone else? I have the factory mats which only say MINI on them and they match perfectly.
