My daughter 2002 mini is having some weird electrical problems. The windshile wipers went on by themselves and will not turn off. The radio heater/ac goes on and off by itself. These all started at the same time and look like they are related.

Car runs fine, I checked all the fuses and they are ok.

Anyone else had this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
