Countryman Pre-order opinions

Hi all. New to this forum here but have owned a Mini Clubman for about 9 months now and love it! (21,000 miles)
I am thinking of ordering a Countryman for my wife as a daily driver so she can transport herself and a German shepherd back and forth to work. I drove both the All4 and S last weekend but had a few questions for those who are already experiencing.

1. How much of a percentage under sticker did you pay on an order?
2. After driving for a while, does the All4 feel underpowered?
3. Has anyone removed the back seat or seats?

if you have two minis within a 25 radius, you will get a better discount if you do your homework. the more distance between mini dealerships the less dealing will be done.
