Hi our club minis unleashed which has over 300 owners both classic minis and MINIS are off to see where are MINIS were born this friday Feb 17th. 25 cars will be convoying to the plant for a tour and to take photos where our cars were made. Making the trip will be a selection of Gen ones, gen twos, clubbies, countryman, GP, JCW's in all colours and with various mods. Will post pics after the event. Wish I could be there! Robotic welding, sparks, fresh paint, wow what a tour. To think that my MINI was still there in parts just last month, wow!

 

We are all mega excited, we can't take pics inside the plant but there is an area outside where you can photograph your ride against the mini oxford plant sign..also the convoy to the plant is gonna be fun we have members from all over the uk coming so is going to be a wicked day.. will post pics after friday....

 

Hi didn't make it, had a bad crash on the M40 and car may be a right off..suffering trauma and bad bruising etc...hopefully car will be mended, I will get better but it will take time...
