Hello, I have a 2007 MCS and I wanted to order a 2011 JCW red stitching steering wheel for it, However the current one doesn't have the buttons on it and the 2011 one dose. My question is would the dealer be able to hook up the buttons?

 

Not and make them work. (at least not in a cost effective way. you would have to replace several modules and have extensive reprogramming) The good news is you don't HAVE to have the buttons, you can reuse your existing covers, or get the 2011 black covers, or the JCW carbon fiber covers.

In other words, the buttons are removable. Or you leave them and have them be non functional.
