No problem! I've been thinking about getting them. Looks like AC finally upgraded their website, it's much easier to find stuff now

I purchased this and it is a bit tricky to apply. You are applying a flat sticker on a hemispherical surface.

You may want to talk with them about how to line it up but I can say that having a hair dryer on the heat setting will help the sticker shrink properly so you can avoid wrinkles.

Once you place the sticker on the emblem (center first) then apply heat to shrink it and press stroke outward to smooth. Looks great when finished!

I had the same issue. Get the domed sticker version. It will go on much easier.

This is a domed sticker from Aesthetic Creations on top of a molded blackout MINI emblem. The molded part sticks on with 3M tape. I have it on the back too. No problems after almost a year on the car.

I realize that this an older post, but I've been wondering of replacing my emblems with BMW/MINI wings. None of the pictures and/or links are helping out too much at this time. Maybe if one of you guys can re-host your images somewhere, or whatever. Just VERY INTERESTED in seeing what you guys have done, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated!!!

Again, Just looking to replace the MINI circle with the BMW circle... So any pictures of anyone that has done this, would be GREAT HELP!!!!

We don't drive BMW's, we drive MINI's. If you need a more prestigious car buy the real thing.

Don't let the naysayers get you down Brody. The MINI logo is dull. I'd prefer the BMW whirling propeller or Bavarian flag instead. BTW there's already a BMW in my garage beside my MINI.

x2

You wouldn't put Lincoln emblems on a Ford Escort, Cadillac emblems on a Chevy Cavalier, etc... Why would it be OK in this instance?

I know as a vendor I'm suppose to be neutral on subjects like this, but I agree these are MINIs not BMWs. Two totally different worlds.

Cut the man some slack, its his car and he can put a flipping clown sticker on there for all I care. Thats what MINIs are all about almost every one you see is different and customized to the owners taste. Why slam the guy because he wants a BMW sticker there ?

When most of the parts on a car are already branded as "BMW" I don't really see a problem if someone wants to brand their car as a BMW/MINI hybrid....they aren't talking about removing the mini logo...just modifying it.

To those talking about "rebranding" other makes/models...in my mind when I see a "Lincoln" I immediately think "Ford" when I see a "Cadillac" I immediately think "GM"...hell when I see a newer "Audi" I immediately think "VW." I could go on like this all day long...

The logic I see in this thread is not about changing a logo to make it seem as though a car is more "premium," but instead changing a logo to represent the parent company...and I have no problems with that...Just my opinion...

Man, I haven't even seen the responses to my response to the OP's idea, but yeah I've gotten into this on multiple threads, and won't do the same here, for its not that big of a deal to me, just don't be surprised one day everyone if that's all you do see on the 2024's (or whenever) bonnets. And I just "personally" was liking the way that Duuel AG (however you spell it) were doing all there emblems years ago now. And I BELEIVE are still. But don't get the panties in a bunch guys. To me there's nothing more prestigious than what we drive. Just thought at one point that the 2 emblems just "fit" together.

Sorry for waking a dead post!

This whole "It's not a BMW" thing may make sense for most of you, but my 2008 Clubman S says right on the MFG plate "Made in Germany by Bavarian Motor Works." So I think that makes it a BMW.
