Early Inspection II?

My dealer says this is due at 60,000 miles. I am currently at 55,000. Do you think there is any chance they would do it earlier since my extended warranty is about to run out?

I would certainly ask. It can't hurt. All they can say is not. I'm assuming your running out of warranty by time? You can start driving like mad.

I bet the Inspection is spendy.

Good luck.

Just had mine done ~69K. I have an aftermarket ins plan that covered most of it, and had some extra work done, so the whole kit 'n kaboodle cost me $790 w/the ins.

My Mini never had the warranty so I don't know, but does the warranty cover the Inspection II? If so, when you are about to hit 60k (like 59,999 or something) call the dealer, and arrange to have the inspection done and covered by the warranty. Most dealers (at least decent dealers) are willing to do things just after the warranty period is up as long as you schedule before the end of the warranty, and they are made aware of the situation.
