got the seat popped up but don't see how to detach it at the back. At least I was able to clean under the seats. Now need how to get the puke out of the punch leather.

Leather? Same thing happened to me. Just be glad you didn't get cloth ... And that your daughter isn't a 110 lb. Bouvier!

It'll come off with a little elbow grease and interior/leather cleaner.

Get some leather cleaner and then get some conditioner, that shoudl take care of the leather. I don't know about the clubman, but the 06 cooper s has a part of the seal wire that hooks under a metal tab in the back to keep the back of the seat down. I would imagine that yours is much the same.

Pull it up. If it doesn't come off, pull harder.

Cleaning vomit is easy. Clean out the actual vomit. To get rid of the smell use white vinegar. Depending on how bad the smell is you'll either spray it on or you can pour it on. Let is sit for a couple of hours then blot until as dry as possible. Let it vent for a few days and you're good. If it's not too bad then leave a bowl of white vinegar or baking soda in the car overnight for a few nights and it will work too. You can even use untreated charcoal. Open a bag in the car and let it sit until the smell is gone. Easy peasy.
