Here are the results from yesterday's CCR Solo 2 at Knights Stadium.

Sortable by time, class, and PAX. 136 Total cars running. It was VERY cold, I think the afternoon high was about 43 degrees, and the wind never quit blowing.

Congratulations to Zminiman8 for a good third in novice in his first event. I won STX by the narrowest of margins (.02 s) so I'm happy with the new suspension setup. I'm probably most proud of being 8th overall in PAX, which isn't too bad at all.

I still have some learning to do as far as driving a front wheel drive car, as I don't think I ever made a 'perfect' run. And the car really needs that lsd before I'll be competitive outside of the local events.

Anyone need a codriver for a divisional event this spring? I'd like to see how I can do against the really good guys.

Travis, I am putting out feelers for the San Diego Tour. I may need a co-driver for my HStocker. Don't worry about beating me in my own car, everyone else does.

 

Thanks for the coaching Travis, I couldent have done it without your help . I think now that I know what I'm doing I can hopefully do better at the next event.

Hey someone has to be the "tire warmer". It's good to hear that I'm not alone in that designation. I've been beaten by every co-driver I've ever teamed with.
