I have a lowered MCS (H-sport springs) and I do pretty well.

Things to look out for.
The concrete blocks found in the front of a parking space if it is in the center of the stall- it will scrape your lower front bumper.
The driveway -if the slope is too steep- just exit slowly with a bit of angle.

To appreciate your lowered MCS just go out to your MINI with a coke can and see how little clearance the can has under the front of your MINI. On some MINIs the can on it's side barely fits.

Drive a mid to late 60's Spitfire for a while (3.5" clearance). You'll think you're in hog heaven with the MINI!

Or a late 80's TR7 convertible with a "front air dam", made me fearful of the smallest speed bumps!! The good part is i could fly underneath the security gate at my apartment complex!

A 3" rock put a hole in the sump of my old Alfa Spider. My MCS is like an SUV compared to some sports cars.

My MGC rides so low that I couldn't even drive over one of the jiffy lube pits, as the protective railing rubbed the suspension. And that is at least an inch or two above the low point, the oil pan. My MCS is a veritable off road machine in terms of ground clearance compared to my MGs.
