Are the face-lifted Xenon lights plug and play for the earlier Xenon lights?

I've got the early Xenons but love the look of the face-lifted Xenon's much better. Was wondering if I could just swap them out without having to get anything programmed or the like.

 

Yes they are, I had done it myself when I had a MINI. Went from a 2003 pre-facelift style headlight to a set of Xenons from a 2005.

All I did was remove the old set and drop the new one in.
