Can you still get the works kit for the Cooper? (non "S&quot And if so what does it include? Eventually I would like to turbo my car, and thought a healthy new cylinder head, and other bits would strentghen up my motor for the forced induction. let me know what you think.

It was never available in the States to begin with. But you have other options - I suggest searching the Perf. Mods forums for regular Cooper mods. There are some that have done the work you seek.
