I didn't see a thread on this, so pls accept my apologies if one exists already.

Here in VT we have several nice drives, but probably the two most renowned are Route 100 and Smuggler's Notch.

Rt 100 travels the spine of VT. It's smooth, very long and usually twisty. There's a lot of great little towns and even some water falls all along.

Smuggler's Notch is near the town of Stowe...

The Notch is a great run, not too long, but very twisty.

Nice video! That road is narrow, I could see the double yellow center lines in some areas but not in others. Looks like it has zero shoulders too!

 

There's some very tight spots on that road. They close it in winter because they can't get plows thru the tight spots (plus the top gets too much snow.)

 

I have driven Rt. 100 from the Mass. line up to the border and it is truly a

great drive! Try to do it in the fall and during the week if possible, you

won't regreat it one bit!
