dt bypass valve/ new exhaust power loss help!

to begin with my 04 JCW has a 19% pulley, helix intake, giac software, 440 injectors, and now a MINIMADNESS exhaust.

I just got my car inspected and while it was being inspected, i had my Milltek exhaust switched out to a MINIMADNESS exhaust because my Milltek was cracked. While it was in the shop i had them put on a Detroit Tuned Bypass Valve in place of my old one to help with the "yoyo" play in my transmission.

I have lost around what feels like 30-60 horsepower and torque...! HELP! my new exhaust is a bit freer flowing than the Milltek but i DOUBT that made me lose so much power. Is the Bypass valve screwing with something? HELP ME!
thanks so much guys
