JCW interior pictures with standard seats?

I am looking for pictures of the JCW interior specifically with the black checkered cloth seats. What material are they made of and what material are the side bolsters?

Found a picture. I currently have leather. I like the look of the JCW seat. Wonder if I would regret not having leather. I have never owned a car without leather... I still like the smell of the interior 8 years later due to the leather.... I wonder how well the cloth holds up and looks over time...

I can report after 2 months with my factory JCW w/carbon black checkered cloth upholstery seats--they are holding up well. I really like the look and the feel. I also love that they don't seem to retain the radiant heat after sitting for hours in the Florida sun. First cloth seats I have had in a long time. Welcome change. For pics check out thread. Oh, no worry of scalding the backs of my legs when wearing shorts. Another Oh, I really love the car. Nick

I agree, in my old R50 pleather seats I'd have a wet back and sweaty a**. The cloth seats do not cause either.

I don't know about Double, but I've had a couple of instances of spotting from water drops (opening the door after a rain) and eating once in a while in the vehicle.

I do not regret having cloth at all.

Check my Gallery.

Much better in the Texas heat with many 100+ days this Summer.

You also are held in place better going around corners.

Getting ready to order JCW and really liked the stock cloth seats and they make a lot of since when it's 115 degrees out, plus I think they look great. Leather is not an option I would consider even if they had cooling vents.

I agree, when my order goes into production I will have the cloth seats. They look excellent because the stitching matching the rest of the interior and they hold you in better around the twists. Not to mention Georgia is hot too and cloth feels great. I think leather will win on smell and resale, but crap $2000 is a lot of money for something that looks damn good anyway.

Try paying $2000 for only TWO leather seats in the Coupe (so I didn't). I worry about the durability of cloth so I got the standard leatherette seats in my JCW Coupe. They're going to be hot in Florida, though.

Yes, the $2,000 option made it a easier decision going with the cloth. (besides the fact that I like them better anyway) I did think about the wear issue as well, but this could justify an upgrade to some nice aftermarket seats later if ever needed :-).

I love the JCW seat material. Very glad I didn't get leather and saved a bunch of $$$. I have an S2000 with leather seats and have them covered up with Wet Okole seat cover material that is almost like the JCW material. LULZ.

IMHO, material rather than leather has better grip and is much cooler as it gets up to 100-110F summers here.
