Sad day at the Dealer

Well i have a 2008 MCS ive had the car for 8 months now and i love it. Earlier this year i took it to Minis on the Dragon and earned my wings...lol i had Revolution Mini Works tune my car and i was SUPER happy with Jan's work, well to make the story short last week the pixels on the radio began to disappear and the sunroof was NOT opening, So i took the Mini (car still under warranty) to the Dealer where they fix the Radio (installed a NEW radio) replaced the sunroof and REFLASHED MY ECU to be able to sink the radio to the ECU.....:( so needless to say my TUNE IS GONE.... :( I contacted Jan @ RMW and he said he would re-tune it no problem but im in the east coast and he is in the west coast.... im hoping to see him next year at the dragon.
If anyone has a tune PLEASE make sure you tell the dealer before they work on your car or you too will loose it.....
