I have a Monster Cable ipod hookup. It plugs into the bottom of my iPOD, and the aux plug plugs into that. It all plugs into the cigarette lighter.

Is there an easy way to run those wires back behind the radio and into the glove box or the upper compartment?

The interior doesn't allow for all the wires sitting around. And the power cable for the Monster iPod hookup can not be coming out of the glove box like the aux plug can by itself.

Any help would be appreciated, I want to do this as a weekend project.

If you search here you will find at least two threads on how to move the USB/AUX jacks to the secret compartment then all you have to do is get the power up there from the fuse box which is in the passenger foot well. Should be a rather easy job.

 

Do you have a link to a thread like this? The search feature brings back this thread, and one about a Clubman ipod adapter, not moving it at all.
