Does anyone know the service people at Mini North Scottsdale? Who is cool? I need to try to get the center emblem on my steering wheel replaced with the warranty... who should i talk to?

 

You're prbly best off posting in the South West forum where the locals can answer you. Ask a mod to move this thread.

 

my husband and i both got to tour the AZ BMW service dept. lookng for our MINI last year and the facility is GORGEOUS! you could eat off the floor it was SO clean and quite modern! you should talk to the MINI sales manager (Michael i think) he's really nice and gets the people moving! if you go to the dealership and stay on the first floor, go to the left of the sales floor, past the lounge and that is the way to the service dept., there are a few service managers there in offices that are great! we were just wandering around and they were happy to help us MINI people! hope this helps!

 

Some of us in Arizona have had some bad experiences at MNS.
Other have not.

Myself....nothing but praise. They have been great to me each of the 3 times I have taken my MINI in.

Talk to Mike Reeves. Great guy. He gets everything done when promised.
He even fixed things I didn't know about in the same time.
