What does everyone think of the new orange color? At first I didn't like it , but it is growing on me. It must be the new in color as I saw highlights of the Detroit Auto show and a bunch of cars were shown in orange. 1970's Revisited

I wanted orange when I ordered mine, but it wasn't available.
I was bummed!

I knew there would be an orange color eventually....I was right.

Anyone have pictures of it?

Now will be the first time I am envious of another MINI color.

 

Check out Gabe's site for photos and info. Looks like it will be exclusively a cabrio color.

 

I think an Orange/W would look especially cool! (...as would Orange/B or orange all-the-way.) But since the rag top is black (presumably) and orange is a convertible-only color, I guess there will be no Orange/W. Too bad...maybe some day.

 

BTW, those boot hinges on the convertible!....not sure about that.

 

I love the beefy external boot hinges. Reminds me of Land Rover door hinges and, of course, classic mini door hinges.
