Delay in Lowering Front Windows?

When you tap and release the "window down" button up on the header bar, it's supposed to lower the rear windows all the way down and then immediately lower the front windows all the way down as well. And most of the time, that's exactly what happens in my car.

But occasionally, the rear windows will come down, and then nothing will happen for 10-30 seconds. Then, the front windows will come down as they're supposed to.

It's no big deal, except that I'm usually trying to lower the roof at the same time, and the roof won't open past the "sunroof" mode until the front windows start dropping.

Anyone else had this happen?

I get about a 2-3 second delay between the rear windows dropping and the front ones going down. I've never had the delay anything longer than that.

Although I can state, if the front windows are cracked a little, they won't go down automatically...I'll get the 1/4 down from when the top goes down and I'll need to put them down with the buttons on the center console.

On one occasion, the driver side rear window didn't go up when I used the close roof button the other 3 did. Pressed it again and it went up.

Window regulators in cars suck across all German brands!
