English may not be his first language. Cut the guy some slack.

Since no on else has said it so far, welcome to posting on NAM (I see you've been a member for a while though).

Were they Pirelli run-flats? Hate 'em. I don't even live in the city, drive highway and suburban roads, and I had 3 blowouts on low mileage tires on 2 different MINI's in 2 months. They were minor potholes at about 40-45 mph. Also damaged one of the rims.

I switched to 16" v-spokes with Dunlops on one of the MINI'S. Still have an s-lite with a good tire (as well as the other s-lites). When I no longer have 4 viable Pirelli's I will switch to non run-flats. And I will never buy a Pirelli tire.

I called them to complain, and they sent a technician to look at my tires. I received a letter from their claims reps stating that there were "no manufacturing or design defects". O.K., then they just suck!!!

If you had the Goodyear run-flats at least you would've had a road hazard warranty.

Call the tire manufacturers customer service number. They may not help you, but at least the problem will be logged

Let me see if I can translate:

[I went to my local] dealer [who] tried to help [me with my] mini. [Their ] customer service [is soo ]poor.

I [had the MINI for ] 2,000 miles [ and I already have ] 3 blow[n] tires.

[This] should tell you [that] when you buy car with run flats, [it may be better] to leave it parked in driveway. [Run flats are not worth the extra hassle and replacing them cost me] $900.00. [ That's how much it cost me] to get rid of those freakin run flats, [and put on some kick as normal sports tires].

[So then right now I'm once again] happy with car [MINI} and [ the sucky] dealer mini cust [omer] service sucks [whale. I need to change dealers.]

The benefits of knowing two languages.
