falken azenis rt-615?

So I inherited a set of sports wheels from the previous owner. The make of the rim is Weds Sport and the tire is Falken Azenis Rt-615 Performance tire. My concern is that the tire has got 20k+miles. Is it still safe to drive with these tires, or can it cause safe issues in a rainy weather? Currently I am using winter tires with the original rims which are not as cool looking as the Weds one.

I just picked up my JCW R53 last Friday and I had to leave my car out on the streets which worried me every day and night. I don't have a garage because I am still in college, and my neighborhood is known for car vandalism...
Any people out there in my shoe? I really wish I could have my own garage for my baby and hand wash it every day...

I have a set of 615's and really like them but I am looking to get about 7,000 miles out of them but that is mostly in the canyons which is a bit rough . 20k seems like a lot but if there is tread and no cracking on the side walls I suppose they may still be safe . I would not push them though and driving in the rain could be more exciting than you want .

I've run a lot of different tires on my car and these have been the best by far. Not only that but they were the least expensive of all , a win win as far as I am concerned . Thanks for the kind words on my car . That color is amazing as my car is 9 years old now and the finish still looks new .

The Rt-615 is a Dot approved track tire that wasn't considered to be very good in the rain even at full tread. With such a soft compound, I'm surprised they've lasted 20k miles. If you try them out in the rain, be very careful.

That 20k threw me for a loop too. If I get 7,000 I will be happy.
