JCW Gauges

Some images of the JCW Gauges installed.
My first thoughts are I like them, of course!
But I think it's more for the look than function.
I have the Nav setup in my JCW Hard Top so the speedo is next to the tach over the steering wheel.
So, the lonely tach in the CM seemed to be missing something.

The Lateral Acceleration gauge (left) was installed by mistake, (it should be the Coolant Temp. gauge I chose, the one gauge that could actually be useful)
Really? Why would you need to know G-Force in a stock CM?? That will be swapped soon.
The Relative Torque gauge (right), it is somewhat useful but really just bling.

My dealer threw these in to close the deal because I really wanted the JCW Aero kit but they wouldn't move on the $$ and I was a PIA. Otherwise, I don't think they are worth the price either. They don't match the tach in color or quality, they are rather chintzy looking & not built very well.
They do look very cool at night when the dash is all lit up (I will post a pic after dark)

Your Thoughts??

I like the look, but I would rather have coolant temp too.

I dont get why they only give you usless gauges (not talking the water temp) why no boost gauge? what size of gauges are those? think you could put in proper autometer gauges in those?

They look awesome, I wanted to get it after I purchased the car, they quot me $1200 with installation ......should have got it when I I was working on the deal for this car....then it would be $510 not $1200.
