Hi everyone: I have been participating in the forum for 2 years, since my daughter bought a 2009 PW/Blk MC. I waited these 2years to see and drive the Countryman, thinking I would like it better. I didn't, so now with the package option credit in hand plus a $1,000 Mini Rocks the Rivals certificate I have secured myself a 2011 CR/Wht MCS. It is at the VDC now and I want to pick it next week.

I am calling out to CR / Wht owners to see some stripes. I want something a little different than the Sport stripes offered by the dealer. Also are you putting a clear bra over the stripes? I can't wait to get this car. Thanks for all the help and enthusiasm of this forum.

 

I am kind of old school and had a guy come over and and pin strip mine in my garage for $150. It is subtle but I like it. You can get an idea from my signature photo and if you are interested i will link you to more.

 

If you are going to do any type of vinyl stripes it is my opinion that you put the clear bra on first. That way you can change them out if you need to. Mine are under the bra and I'm stuck with them.
