So last summer my wife and I were coming into Omaha on Maple Street one early saturday morning and we passed a grocery store that had what appeared to be a car show of some sort going on. I did some asking around and was told to go to this link: http://www.coffeecruisein.com/index.html

It's at Hyvee parking lot on 156th & Maple. A few local car clubs sponsor the event. 50-90 cars usually and they welcome all cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

So it starts this saturday, May 7th. I think WildThang and I will show up to see the cars and have some coffee at 8AM. Not sure if the wife will want to do this one... Not putting ours in, just checking it out.

Maybe some motoring after some coffee...and checkin out the rides.

Well that was cool! Rainman & Scooter showed up, we had some coffee, we saw some nice cars and trucks, talked to the people in charge of the event, and enjoyed the morning.

We'll be back a couple times a month. They will also list our club on their website.

 

Going again this saturday, July 30th, join me for some coffee and we'll see what shows up! I'll be there at 8AM.

 

Zach and I will be there, but no mini. It's been in the shop since Monday. It's was throwing transmission and engine codes all day Monday. Hope to have it this Sat afternoon.

 

i dont get my mini back until tomorrow afternoon as well, so maybe another weekend
