stickers

Has anyone put any aftermarket vendor (Alta, K&N, Invidia, ect..) decals on their cars? I was wondering if there was a good place to put them without making the car look like a ricer. I can’t seem to find a good place to put them lol, can you include some pix of what you did on your car?

I think you'll look like a ricer no matter where you put vendor stickers, just live with it.

That said, I think the least ricey would be where most (normal) people put stickers, somewhere along the bottom or top edges of the rear glass.

If you're willing to get a bit more adventurous, I saw one placement here a few years back that looked nice, I think it was on the driver's side rear glass, right behind the door gap on the bottom edge. Lower rear corner of the side glass would probably look ok too.

Or go all out and stick them underneath the mirror on the door, or the panel in front of it. Another spot is the side skirt if you have the JCW aero kit, or front/rear bumper. I think the Mini Challenge race car has them in some of those spots, so just look for pics of that (just ignore the huge checker pattern and number on the side).

If you want to go more inconspicuous with it, maybe stick them on the roof. I figure that could at least be an interesting sight from the inside if you have a sunroof.
