has anybody broken a fitting on the valve cover

Hi,
I was hearing some strange noises, like if there was a boost leak and I didn't know from were it was coming. When my mechanic scanned the car it appears that there was a fitting on the valve cover that was broken and it was leaking boost and oil threw the valve cover. I was wondering if anybody had this problem before. if yes what I can do so I don't keep on braking this. I installed the Alta AccesPort and the boost was increased so maybe that is what is causing this problem.

I am also expiriencing some misfires when I am full throttle like at 5500 to 6000 RPM.
