Chrome Hood Scoop?

So I just got my voltage hood scoop. It's primed and ready to be painted but I want it in Chrome.

I am going with the whole chrome look and have the original chrome hood scoop from factory.

Does anyone know if this process can be done? Or if there's a chrome wrap i can use? I've made a few calls today and so far no one can do it.

Let me know.

Thanks

Find a paint shop which can spray a car in candy apple red they should be able to do this for you. That color is basically just a translucent red over chrome base.

To get it to stay chrome they need only to negate the step of red application, and just add a few coats of clear. Then only need to wax like regular body paint afterwards as needed.

West Coast Customs did just that to an Audi R8...

Cool process they did to that car. You would not believe it if you don't see it done.. Looked pretty easy with the right equipment.
That rolling cart of tank/sprayers roughly $6000 plus $1000 for every 500 sq ft of chrome sprayed.. plus labor of course!!!

Dupont has a mix for painting chrome that looks pretty good.. Then as mentioned clear it and your good to go..
