Cool video.. but it doesn't show anything more than a good waxing would do.
Where is step 4?:
Add corrosive brake dust and use the brakes enough to get the rims hot multiple times and don't wash them for 2-3 weeks..
I'll still probably give it a shot. Anything that makes it easier to get the baked on brake dust off is worth trying.
