I have a MINI with 15k miles on it we had the Timing Chain Tensioner issue with it they just replaced the engine. From what they said it is a Remanufactured engine does anyone have any experience with these should i sell the car right away ? I wanted a new engine in it but they put the reman in.

 

I have used a number of them without problems from other manufacturers, not MINI. You should have warranty for the longer of two years or the normal warranty period. I would think there would be plenty of time for any problems to show up and make the decision to sell or not.
