Tire rubbing??

I picked up an '03 S last December and immediately ditched the run flats for Blizzaks just in time for the NYC area winter. The Blizzaks were the same as stock size, 195/16s, and every now and then I would hear the left front tire rub in the well when the suspension was severely compressed, which was rare. I just put a set of Yokohama Avids on, a little bigger at 205/16 on cheap Tire Rack Sport wheels, 7 inch wide. Now I get the rubbing a bit more, and it bugs me. Should I have this problem? I mean, you guys talk about mondo wide setups on 18 inch wheels, and I'm basically putting a "stock" size on this car, right? Should I go to a body shop and have somebody check this? I can't see where the contact point is in the well, and the tire doesn't show any obvious damage, but, this is irritating.

Those wheel well liners can come loose. It is either that loose, or the suspension is bent. Stock sizes can't touch the walls
