Yea, i would def like to find more mini owners in the racing scene. I'm off of 290 between 610 and the beltway. There is a car meet that goes on every second Sunday of each month. Checkout urbanspeed.com I went last month , I was the only mini there though.

I'm currently in Spring (champions & 1960 area). Haven't made it to any HMMS meetings yet, but am planning on attending the next one.

 

I am in Sugar Land, I think I saw similar MINI as yours that is always parked very carefully in Home Depot Lot in 59, is that you?

By the way tomorrow 8-10 am is Coffee and Cars gathering for month of April in Vintage Park in 249 North, I most likely go if the Upholstery shop finishes my car seat adjustment.

Hi, I am from Pearland and have thought the same thing. I got my baby in March and am just loving it. Our cars could almost be twins. There is a group fundrives.com for the south part of Houston and Galveston, but they have not been very active lately. I am planning on going to the beach clean up 04/30 maybe I will see you there. If you hear of any local rides let me know.
