Does any body try to put a full size 16 inch tire under compartment in the back? (I meant in-between area, not bottom for spare place) . I have a clubamn S from 2008.

Since right size spare is hard to find, I am thinking to carry full 16 inch tire as a spare. then I don't need to worry about not fitted in front.
Overall weight is 20 lb more compare to spare( I guess)???

I know Detroit Tuned has spare kits that should fit fine in your spare well. Seems a better option than taking up your trunk space with a full sized wheel and tire.
