Exhaust Depot Alert

Just to let those who may be considering buying an Exhaust Depot S turbo Direct Fit downpipe.
Exhaust Depot now sells through BILLET DESIGN motorsports.
I ordered mine and requested the ceramic coating. A little more than a week went by, and I received a call from BILLET DESIGN regarding my order. I am sure I misunderstood on my part as we discussed what I wanted. They indicated spraying and heat wrap on the downpipe and I thought I was good to go. Received downpipe today WITH NO CERAMIC COATING!
Naturally I called them and they indicated ceramic coating was not offered anymore as it didn't hold up, so I asked for a $95 credit. I was informed that the spray and heat wrap was what I recieved and no credit would be forthcoming.
Now don't get me wrong, I will keep the downpipe as it appears to be a nice piece of work, and I am sure it will work to my expectations, but don't pay $95 for $1 worth of heat resistant spray paint and maybe $10 worth of heat wrap.
Had I known this going in, I probably would have ordered one from Akrapovic.
Live & learn to pay better attention .

No, unfortunatly for me they refused. I intend to email them this morning to express my dismay, and that $95 is to small to litigate over, the potential loss of revenue from my experiance to other customers may hopefully change their mind.
