09 iphone 4 intergration with factory boost unit

Hi,

I do not have the bluetooth or USB option. I would like to use the factory radio "boost" making hands free calls, Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

There are OEM retrofit kits, but because they require lots of computer components to be replaced, it's tragically expensive.

The most popular ways of doing this is using one of the Bluetooth kits at http://www.newministuff.com

The dealer quoted $1300 for me. The cheapest you can buy the parts is around $600 (unless you can find the ULF module used like I did).

There are bluetooth speakerphone units that you can clip to your visor and also some that can go into your aux port as well.

Those that feed into the AUX port will only play sounds when the AUX port is selected. I.E. no voice thru speakers when the radio or CD are selected.

As nicknbecka said there are kits form www.newministuff.com or better yet Parrot units can be purchased right here in the USA that connect into the radio system (that is what newministuff sells) for around $300-$400. Chekc them out here http://www.parrot.com/usa/products/b...-free-car-kits

They have a nubmer of different kits that can work with their harness adapters to use the OEM radio. I.E. radio/CD/AUX is playing and the music is interrupted when a call comes in and the call sound is thru the speakers in the car.
