Some Noob Questions on parts to get..

Hopefully i am posting in the right section.
I should be getting my Mini next week, 2007 S, manual trans, 19k miles. Bone stock.
I have driven a few of them and i have a shopping list put together for mods, just would like some input as to what brand and vendor you guys recommend.
List:
*Short shifter plus shift ****, no clue who makes a nice setup for that.
*Oil Catch can, i think the BSH(BSR) ?? was the best suited one
*Intercooler, seen many on here, all pretty pricy for a FMIC.
*Coil overs, have used KW prior but i know those are pricey as well.
*Tune, looks like Alta is the only handheld around here, do they offer a software suite?(i have extensive background in this area, hence my question)

Thats all i can think of right now.
Any input would be greatly appreciated as well as any other "must-have" parts for these things.

1. I don't have a manual, but I have other NM parts and they are high quality. So I would get a NM Eng. Short Shift Adapter http://www.nm-eng.com/231/3/0/0/transmission.html

Also, I have heard people rave about Whalen Shift ***** http://www.whalenshiftmachine.com/in...494f7e5d2e555e

2. I have a BSH OCC and it's probably the best one out there right now.

I would also get the BSH Boost tap to that you don't have to use 2 OCCs.

3. I saw that you posted in the Helix group buy thread. Hopefully you can still get one as Helix makes a really good intercooler and intercoolers are the best bang for your buck. I would would contact them directly by phone to see if you can still get one

4. I don't have coilovers, but I have heard many people talk about the KW ones. You might have luck posting in the suspension forum
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...uspension-192/

5. I have the Dimsport MyGenius tune flash tool with an RMW tune and it's the best! The new thing out right now is the Access port which Jan(from RMW) is the only approved tuner for them besides the can tunes that you can get from Alta. You can send him an email at jan@revolutionmini.com but don't be surprised if he does not respond immediately because he is a very very busy man.

Lasty, I would also suggest a NM eng torque arm insert.
http://www.nm-eng.com/231/11/0/1456/...rm-insert.html
One thing to note though is that you have a 2007 and might need a different (squarer) torque arm. In that case you will need this one

Hope this helps. If you have any questions just let me know .
